Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise accessing Almanac(the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Almanac. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly at support@meridova.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to derive source code from the Service.
• Upload unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on our infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.
• Use the Service to violate the rules or terms of any connected broker.

Almanac connects to supported MT5 brokers using read-only investor credentials. We import your trade history and account metrics for analysis. We never place trades, modify positions, withdraw funds, or take any action on your trading account. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect any account you link, and you may disconnect a broker at any time from your settings.

The Service offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan ($19/month). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and plan features may change with prior notice.

The Service includes AI-powered features such as contextual chat, screenshot analysis, behavioral scoring, and automated summaries. AI output is generated from your trade data and general models, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not financial advice. AI usage is subject to plan limits and any additional credits you purchase. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; sections that by their nature should survive (including liability and disclaimers) will continue to apply.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Almanac will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions? Email support@meridova.com.
